Success Capital Celebrates Record Year with SBA 504 Loans Helping Small Businesses and Job Creation

After a two-year break from the event due to COVID restrictions, Success Capital held their 19th Annual Luncheon on November 3, 2022, celebrating a record-breaking year for SBA 504 loans. Due to the popularity of the SBA 504 and the Debt Refi programs, it was a very busy and successful year.

At this time, they acknowledged some of the valley’s finest SBA banks and loan officers. SBA 504 Loans are an amazing loan product for small businesses needing to expand and finance commercial real estate or equipment. Nationally, the SBA provided record breaking 504 loan approvals this year and Success Capital did their part by breaking their own records in approvals and fundings in their own lending area. This means that so many small businesses were able to expand and purchase their own buildings with also benefiting from the historical low rates in record numbers.

The event was held at the Dust Bowl Brewery Company in Turlock, CA and featured guest speakers Brett Tate, founder and co-owner and Brett Honore’, co-owner of the Dust Bowl Brewing Company. They shared their story of how the brewery began with the first beer in May 2009 and evolved over the years with recently earning “Brewery of the Year” from CA State Fair. They now have three California taprooms, one in Turlock, Monterey and Elk Grove. As an SBA 504 Borrower themselves, they expressed how the SBA 504 helped their business expand.
